This is honestly the best yoga/Pilates/workout channel I’ve found. I’ve only just started here but I really struggle in workouts with the quiet because my brain wanders and my body loses resistance or I start to feel more tired and it feels daunting. BUT HERE, your little chats and beatboxing makes a WORLD a difference for me! I feel fully engaged and it’s so fun that I feel like time flies! Thank you so much!! ❤

As a plus size person who struggles to lose weight I found it very hard to stick to some pilates workouts. This one I finally followed through till the end and it felt so good. I'll definitely subscribe and come back to your channel every day!

I did one of your beginner videos yesterday. I actually didn’t know what Pilates was so this was my first time and I really enjoyed it. When it was over I said “that’s it?” I like that! It did not feel like 20 minutes. It was challenging but still easy enough, I didn’t feel tired and worn out after like when I do cardio. This is something I can stick with for sure! Love your videos
