This 20 minute all in one workout includes a Warm Up, Balance Work, Cardio and Strength Work, and Cooldown. The Cardio and Strength portion of the workout has three sets of heart pumping cardio in 30 second rounds and two sets of upper body strength work.

The workout can be done with bodyweight only or weights during the Strength segment.

Balance Work
✅ Toe tap forward and back
✅ Knee up with Opposite Hand Touch

Cardio Work - 30 second rounds
✅ Double mini squat/Arms Up
✅ Skater with Side Punches
✅ Knee Up with Opposite Arm Up
✅ Arms Up with Turns Right, Center and Left

Strength Work
✅ Overhead Press
✅ Overhead Press with Bicep Curl
✅ Row
✅ Row with Tricep Kickback

I just did this one, and have to say thanks for doing these!!! I’m 32 and a former athlete. But have since had some cardiac issues and have lost my endurance and ability to push my heart rate too hard. I needed exercise that got me moving, but at a safe level. I started searching for gentle exercises, and found yes2next! So rest assured, this is not only great for seniors, but also those of all ages with medical issues that may be holding them back from more intensive workouts :) It’s perfect, And I do feel a difference!

This was a great overall workout and I love how your mom is so comfortable not doing it perfect as that is me at home. You're a wonderful mother daughter team and so natural. Thank you again for another outstanding workout. I am getting stronger.

Hi ladies UK. calling again, had a couple of weeks off, hubby decided to break his thumb, now I’m back and phew I can tell I have had a lay off, but I managed it all. Thank you ladies for helping me keep fit in my old age.

I just want to say a great big THANKS! For thinking of us seniors and for your fantastic patience. I am a 71 years old lady who has done very little exercise in her life. I am active but not the exercise type. I have found myself doing these for about two weeks now on a daily basis and have noticed how I am improving with each passing day. Thank You So Much!!!

Sometime between Dec. 17 & the first of 2022, I found you😃❣️I had breast cancer surgery Nov. 9, 2021. They got it all. Before surgery, I had a very rigorous regime of chemotherapy. Four chemo drugs at once. It took its toll & my surgery was delayed a month. Dec. 17th was my first immunotherapy treatment. I felt great & started doing seated exercises. By the end of Feb., the doctor decided that the drug was doing too much damage to my kidneys & liver. I went back on 2 of the chemo drugs I was on prior to surgery. Now, I am fatigued all the time. My kidneys have recovered but not my liver. But my weight & my neuropathy continue to increase. Two days ago, I decided I needed to get back to exercising. So I have-with you😁❣️ Love your mom❣️❣️❣️Hopefully, when I reach her age, I will still be exercising💖. Thank you April for doing these videos. FYI: back in the early days of ballet, exercises at the barre took longer than present day barre work. Thus, they were much stronger😃❣️SLO MO means STRONGER💝❣️ Alexia (using R’s account)
