I love that this routine is frustration free, I’m a somewhat retired ballerina and I really get frustrated with routines where I feel like I’m not capable of gaining my flexibility back, you make it really inviting and caring thank you than you ❣️

Was feeling a bit stiff during the first ones but after the whole session, youre right! I felt a bit more flexible without feeling my muscles and movements being pushed. Best 15 minutes Ive spent today.

Started doing this routine 8 days ago, with an aim to doing some stretching every day, I’m usually really bad at continuing things for more than a couple of days, but right now I need to really start working on my physical strength and mobility. I’ve done it every morning now for 8 days! Doesn’t sound like much, but it’s a huge start for me.
I turn 60 this year and really do need to get myself in shape physically and mentally. This routine has been great! I’ve felt really good this last week, and am already noticing a difference in my mobility.
It must be due to doing this each morning, and the bonus is I’m actually enjoying it. 👍🏻🎉.
Had my bloods done a couple of weeks ago and I am in the pre diabetes category 😢 so I definitely need to start taking care of my overall health.
Kicking the sugar is the next big challenge ❌🍪🍫🍰🥺😢

Today makes week 4 of me doing these stretches and they have helped me sooo much!! Not just to keep my body fluid but also to help me against getting injured from workouts. I do this up to 3x a day if needed. It’s amazing. Thank you so much for this video and all the others you do!!
