It will help you fall into a state deep sleep and can also be used for dream recall. Use this yoga nidra if you suffer from insomnia or are tossing and turning and want fall asleep fast with a guided sleep meditation.
This yoga nidra for insomnia is guided by Rosalie e’Silva from Rosalie Yoga (a female voice). It includes a full body scan meditation, breathwork and visualization. This yogic sleep incorporates the transformational sleep system I’ve learned as a student with Ally Boothroyd of Sarovara Yoga.
