I began my practice in April to remedy daily panic attacks and insomnia from past trauma. I was isolated and depressed. I became sober and focused on meditation, gratitude, yoga nidra, exercise, and self hypnosis for my healing. Today I am 40 lbs lighter, engaged to be married, and free of panic attacks. I'm sleeping regularly. I have rewired my brain through your help. I can't believe sometime the transformation my life has taken. Thank you for showing me a practice I will keep forever. Namaste!

Thank you Ally. I have discovered yoga nidra a few weeks back when trying to find meditations on youtube when your sessions showed up. I loved it right away! I have been going through sleeping problems for months. Waking up every day between 4 and 5 with more or less strong panic attacks. I have been putting on meditations during these early wake ups. But since I listen to your sessions, something big is building up. Not only my sleeping problems are slowly and gradually getting better, but it is also improving other aspects of myself : mood and stress management, openness to happiness etc… even my chronic pains in my right shoulder and hip are lessened because I can manage better the release of tensions.
So thank you again. I am listening to you every day and will keep on going because it is changing my life. Yoga Nidra is magic!

I have to agree with everyone here. I was doing yoga nidra from January to May and my nervous system was a calm oasis. Life happened and I couldn't keep up with my practice after that, and I can see a noticeable difference in how my nervous system is more frazzled, less regulated.

I am coming back again for another fresh start and I know it's gonna help me get my anxiety better 🌼

Hello Ally, I found you a week ago. I am struggling with severe anxiety and last week I found your channel. Your voice is divine and your practices are healing. Your meditations are now priority in my day and really helping. I particularly love this meditation with the healing energy and the sounds in the background are beautiful, they helped pull my mind back when I started to wander and think. Amazing experience, I do at least one of these per day. Quite interesting experience and the effects are very good. Amazing how something so simple was the key for starting to have a better life. I am 20 and I've never feel secure or comfortable with my life. This practice is helping me to study better and sleep more. Thanks. From Argentina.

I have been unwell for the past 2 years, just getting back to our practices now Ally. I did yoga nidra for 4 years prior to that, many of our sessions together I’ve enjoyed . I enjoyed this practice, a bit shaky here and there but I managed to get my body to sleep and rest and I feel warm now as I type this to you. Thank you and I’m glad I’m back 🪶xx.

I’ve done this four times now and working with the elements is so powerful and beautiful. This practice has helped to shift and bring healing this week as I move out of a breakup and more and more into my highest self. 🙏

Ally, oh thank you. How did the universe know.... i have been out of balance for quite sometime now, and no amount of tests etc can shed any light. So i had decided to trust in me and do what i felt drawn to. So many changes, and it feels so good. I'm in a dip these last few days but found this new recording. While listening i truly belived you had recorded this for me.
I feel alive, glowing, full of belief. I know life will just keep getting better.

Thank you for the upload. That's the only thing that gives me a good REM sleep. I have anxiety and depression (which are severe) and they became manageable with meditation and yoga nidra. Keep doing it, I'll always be here.
