I like this practice, along with mindfulness meditation exercises I use from a book called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels. It's so important to calm the mind.

Sir, both ur Tratak kriya, n the yoganidra videos r very relaxing n better than all others I have heard so far. Today, in the morning did ur Chakra meditation which were Asana based n found them to b v. Useful too. Ur meditation on the Sahasrar chakra was very effective sending vibrations thru the spinal column n the crown of the head feeling actually bathed❤❤❤
