This workout is so good (I think they all are on this youtube channel) Wel done Self! Please, I'd love it if you could make a video for a 30 or 40 minutes long ketllebell workout. This one is amazing but I'd love a longer one.

Great video . But you need to look at your dead clean form, its not right. When you do a bent over row: dont lean on your knees with your hands. If you want to lean do it a lot higher . Good luck

Not one of my favs, didn't care for circuit 3 at all and that 1 min rest is too much (in my opinion). But I did get a good sweat going, so thank you!
