As someone currently rehabbing her knee, I appreciate this video so much. I'm new to kettlebell training and the first beginner video I clicked on had Turkish get ups as a "warm up." So many of these videos are just dudes inserting their egos instead of genuinely trying to meet people where they are. Big thanks for this!!

Just tried this workout. I am 70 with bad knees. I could really feel my whole body. Did 25 minutes on rowing machine and leg exercises that don’t hurt. I think this is a keeper. I will be adding this to my program. Thank you

I really, really like this workout, did it the second time today. Just 3 things from my beginner perspective:

1. This workout is beginner-friendly which means people who have no experience with the kettlebell will do it with the potential of dropping it. So doing this workout bare feet is very dangerous.
2. Same goes for the exercises where you lie down on your back and operate the kettlebell above your face. I used a dumbbell instead of the kettlebell for these exercises because i have a tighter and more secure grip around it. Can't imagine the horrible accidents that could happen if you drop a kettlebell on your face (in my case with no one else at home to call an ambulance)
3. The plank at the end, but I already vented about my anxiety breaking my wrists in another comment :)

Other than that I LOVE that workout. Especially the halo twist which helps relocating my back :) Thank you so much! <3

Thank you so much! I’ve tried several classes at the gym and the constant getting up and down on the floor, even in STEP classes, they’re all on the floor now?! The unsteady lunges and squats, just left me in pain and disappointment. I didn’t feel like my workout was productive at all. So happy I found your channel. I feel accomplished with the Kettlebell ❤

Thank you SO much for a really good workout that doesn’t kill my knees! I’ve had 2 ACL reconstructions on my R knee. I thought I didn’t like working out- it turns out I just don’t like knee pain! This is the first workout I’ve ever done (I’m 42) that I genuinely enjoyed!
