Follow along with us for a 20 minute FULL BODY kettlebell workout that is great for overall strength and conditioning. All you need for this workout is a single kettlebell (moderate weight) and a soft surface/yoga mat. We split this workout into upper body, lower body and full body, dynamic movements to get the heart rate up. Also, we included a few modifications for exercises that may be too advanced if you're just getting started with kettlebells. Overall, if you're looking to build strength/muscle, improve your conditioning, or drop some body fat---this is the workout for you! I never comment on YouTube videos and I know this video isn't new but I wanted to say THANK YOU! You guys have helped me lose 125 lbs this year with your at home kettlebell and dumbbell cardio HIIT workouts and inspired me to start classes to become a certified personal trainer to help others around me get fit outside of the gym 😊

I usually hate couple's channels but I LOVE this one. You know why? because it's about the FITNESS. It has a purpose, and fills it beautifully. No oversharing about their relationship or putting their entire life on the website for everyone to see until they break up due to the pressure. That's how youtube interaction should be lol.

Just want to say thanks for this work out. It’s been over a year now. Since I started doing this workout. I started with a 10lbs Kettlebell, and was overweight 255 pounds. The first months I was gassed out. Now I do this same workout with a 40lbs Kettlebell, and lost a lot of weight 175 pounds. A simple workout, but it works 👍🏽. Thanks guys!

I cried and my fat cried I felt like I was going to give up but as I cried I pushed through and my body is soaked in tears and sweat. Probably TMI, but thank you so much for this video and your medicine ball workout video, I did them both today back to back and I feel amazing 💪🏻 even through all the sweat and the tears. THANK YOU!!♥️

Hi!! I just finished this workout. I am not strong enough for the burpees so I decided to do Around the body. 15 secs left then 15 seconds right. Other than that I was able to complete all the other exercises using a 10 lb kettlebell. I will be back for more!! Thanks from a 62 year old getting back into shape!!

Thank you. As a father of 3 with a Dad bod, I struggle to find time to work out. I heard kettlebells was a great low impact workout that did not require too much space. After watching several kettlebell videos, I find you have the right set up for me. I love the beeps and the fact you have previews on the next steps. No annoying high paced music or yelling. Keep up the great work and looking forward for more videos!
