This is AMAZING!! I loved this workout. I flipped between my 10 lb and 15 lb kettlebells. I was happy about that. My shoulder is still acting up so I didn’t want to push more weight on certain things. Will definitely be doing this one again!

NGL this was the best workout I've ever had. Honestly. It was easy to approach and maneuver without being painful. It felt like a joy to do. Being a woman I used a 16lb kettlebell as well as a 25lb for the dual hand movements. So far 24hrs later my body is SORE in a good way. Nothing hurts but yeah I feel the muscles. Being a heavier person attempting to build muscle I appreciate how you didn't do any coordination or dance-y movements. It was just the weights and the body. Fantastic workout that I will keep on rotation for forever.
