That was great, thanks. I felt that workout and was struggling towards the end. I burned 126 calories as a 5'6" and 135 pound male.

Cheers Joe, my wife and I have just finished this workout. Nice and sweaty before tea time.
I did 16kg too and found it too light for most stuff (I'm not talking all the way through though), but found the curls and push ups a challenge. I tend to do a lot of CL&P, front squat and snatches.

A great set to start the day. I could barely handle this 16kg weight. Unfortunately, I don't have a lighter one, but my maximum heart rate is 161 and I'm alive :) thanks. I will train this set every 2 days.

Done it with 10kg which on some things I found easy (swings) but others I found hard (snatches), but I managed it all so I’m happy :)

On your quick 20-minute videos no warm up no cool down just curious? Looks like I already need to be warmed up for when I start one of these? I definitely need a warm up and a stretch.
