I love this workout! I do this one a lot when I only have a short space of time, but it gets me every time! I decided to go with a lighter kettlebell today as I'd done an hour exercise yesterday and wasn't feeling quite as strong!

I love your workouts, they have finally made me realise there's no need for hours of cardio! But I must admit, whenever I feel like doing a "shorter, lighter workout" instead of full 35-40 minute one, I always get tricked into basically 40 minutes of work cramped in 20 minutes and I end up regretting not clicking on a longer one :D

I decided to do this workout last night and my two kids joined in .They had a blast and it wore them out and 1 day post workout my glutes are pretty sore ! Great quick and effective cardio workout !!!

Wow i came across your video i did my first one today and my god i felt the burn thanks for an amazing video trying to lose weight and tone up I've lost 18lb in three months went from 16st.5 to 14.10 never done a kettle bell video before I love weights the only thing I enjoy doing and feel amazing
