In this Intense 20 min Full Body Home Workout we are focusing on strength and endurance. All you need for this home workout is one kettlebell (it can be done at home or the gym). I will take you through some of the most effective kettlebell and bodyweight exercises to help you burn fat and build muscle.
Get your Kettlebell and towel ready and join me for this 20 min session

👉🏼 Duration: 20 min
👉🏼 Intensity: HIIT / 40 sec ON - 20 sec OFF
👉🏼 Equipment: Kettlebell (I'm using 24kg Kettlebell, please adjust the weight to your fitness level)

Completed this workout with a 40 lb KB. New size for me. Got through mostly everything well. Struggled with core exercises at the end. Cramping.

Also did a finisher using Dan John's modified ABC complex with single kettlebell. AMRAP, 3 rounds, 40 lb KB. Took 5ish minutes.
