Amy and Rhys take us through a 20 minute, full body, kettlebell workout routine for all levels of ability. Amy demonstrates modified versions of each workout so even beginners with no experience using kettlebells can follow along! This workout consists of the squats, russian twists, push-presses, bent-over rows, forward lunges, deadlifts, sit-up to press-ups, triceps presses, kneeling halos, and kettlebell swings.

Can’t tell how many times I’ve done this workout. It`s doable but challenging, and by the end you feel like you’ve worked the entire body. One of my favourite routines.

This is a great beginner workout for most and a everyday workout for those “over 50’s” with knee and hip stiffness who need a workout without overdoing it. I have been doing it 3 times a week for two years and it keeps my joints mobile.

I love this workout. I can get it done quickly while my kiddos sleep and feel energized and strong for my day. Touches on the whole body. Super organized. I love the timers and advance notice of what is coming. Great workout!

This workout is so going to be my routine. Done twice in a row and my kettlebell weighs 8kg... so much so it made my workout more challenging. it was rewarding at the end of the session. THANKS 3000

I just did this workout for the first time, and it was not easy. Although I was sweating buckets by the end, I felt amazing! I also loved how the cool down felt like sneaking in 5 minutes of yoga.

Thanks for an incredible full body workout, Amy and Rhys! This was exactly what I needed to mix up my routine.
