Your videos are the best paid/free/or otherwise workouts available. The way you give cues and previews during countdowns helps me to focus purely on the work without constantly looking back at the screen to see if I'm missing something. I also really love and appreciate that you don't scream motivational tidbits and keep the talking to a minimum. Please keep up the great work, and I'm going to do better about commenting and liking your videos!!

I have been frustrated lately because I'm stuck inside because of COVID and I live in AZ where it's 115 right now outside. But I'm overweight and I can't just sit around, so I had to try something. My girlfriend has a 10-pound kettlebell so enter heather. If I'm being honest I thought this was BS and gonna be kind of easy, but now I will see heather in my nightmares. Halfway through I stopped because I was seeing spots and felt like I was gonna puke. Thanks for the gut check! 🙌💪👊

After having Covid one lasting side effect was 2 months of constant fatigue. Recently just was able to start doing anything real physical and just did this video. The most sweat I've lost in a while. Great workout.
