Today I'm combining a series of kettlebell exercises into one sweaty total body workout. This Full body Kettlebell Workout requires one kettlebell (or a dumbbell will do the trick!) so go grab yours and follow along!

Workout Breakdown: 7 kettlebell exercises 40s work + 10s rest x3 rounds
Equipment Needed: 1 kettlebell or dumbbell + exercise mat or other soft surface. (I'm using a 15lb kettlebell)

Heather you always know how to bring the comprehensive workouts. They also feel more balanced with the same set being repeated. I always feel like I don't get my oomph with no repeats. This was my first HR Kettlebell workout and you don't dissapoint.

I liked the length, got my heart rate up. I also like the inclusion of a warmup and cool down. Loved the soundtrack!

I love the format. Includes warm up and cool down. Simple and easy to follow. Video—no audio cues. Slow paced. Great music.

Round 1: This isn't so tough. Heather's workouts are usually more intense than this.
Round 2: Okay. I'm starting to feel it now...
Round 3: I have underestimated this workout!!!

This was fantastic! I love that although only 20 plus minutes, it includes a great warm up and cool down along with a great 3 set circuit. That double swing with an extra squat at the end of each circuit is great! Def felt it. I had to reduce my kettle bell weight for the last round...cause my back muscles were definitely fatigued. I am loving Heather's workouts; so concise, clean and crisp. Easy to follow. Love the timer and alarm bell without any talking during the reps; she's also doing the work! Her form is always on point too. Thanks!

I love how you show an example before the time starts. Really effective, certainly works up a sweat and how you're not huffing and puffing as you're doing it I just don't know!. Thank you ❤
