Romanian deadlifts
Kettlebell swings
Front squat to single arm kettlebell swing and clean (R)
Front squat to single arm kettlebell swing and clean (L)
Reverse lunge to shoulder press (R)
Reverse lunge to shoulder press (L)
Bicycle legs with single arm floor press hold (R)
Bicycle legs with single arm floor press hold (L)
Push ups
Suitcase squats (20 seconds on each side)

This was so perfect. I don't like KB workouts with a tonne of swings as I have a dodgy shoulder and this was really enjoyable and I'm feeling the burn. Thank you 👍

Love this Kettlebell HIIT workout. Makes a nice change from cardio HIIT. Could really feel my muscles kicking in, and heart rate was elevating quite nicely too. I will definitely be adding this routine to my regular workouts. I did an extra round to make it up to 30 mins. I really like this kettlebell framework! I started doing this on my muscle building complex workout off days. Sometimes switch up the first and last exercise by starting with single leg deadlift and ending with dual kettlebell carries. Major arm pump!
