*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

Love your workouts. They are challenging, but I appreciate that they can be done with limited spaces, without much equipment, and in under 30 mintues. 👏👏

Loved doing this. I did one of your 20 mins HIIT after. I would love to see some longer workouts. Like maybe 45 mins in total including warm up and cool down

Thanks for this. I got out of the Marines in 2014 and became a trucker. I'm sure you can imagine how that worked out for my health.. Luckily I am home daily and have a nice big basement, this will work perfect once my amazon basics kettlebell arrives in the mail :)

Why didn't do this sooner, i love exercise but have a very busy lifestyle and exercise mainly for my mental health and was struggling to find the time to go the gym after work and also fit my study time into my schedule. So i woke up one day and gave this a try, bought myself some weights and a mat and now 4 time a week at 6.30am i get up and do one these amazing workouts, thanks jo x

HeyJoe, just turned 60 and was time to get my body going again. Years of lower back stuff but everything is feeling Dec so far. Love your sessions, would like more 30 min. Work outs. Been at it for 5 weeks.

Thanks for this Joe, have been using kettles in your daily PE sessions and came to this today to fill the gap! Please can we have some more kettlebell workouts perhaps 25/30 minutes-especially liked incorporating some of your cardio and abs moves for variety!! Cheers Lou x

Great for a change. I only have one kettlebell and it's 8kg so a little challenging for the lunges but otherwise a good weight. Added kettlebell to sit ups to make them more challenging. Definitely a good one for toning if you're near your weight goal!

Another great workout thank you! Last two rounds I changed sit-ups to planks. Really need to up my press up game - good for 10, struggling after 15 (on knees).

Day 1(Jan/13/2023) : tired but made it with my 10 lbs kettlebell. barely have muscles and i have stomach fat still.

Day 3: super sore and didnt do day 2 because i went skating and got excersize.

Day 4: i feel like i wont see much with this workout tbh. i might end this and try a new one.
