Loved this one.. short and effective! Perfect to squeeze in a workout during a break while working from home! Would love to see more like these. I also sometimes like combining a 10 min lower body with 10 minute upper body video. Thanks for these!

Hello Roxanne! I love your kettlebell videos I do one of every day of the week, I think they're really well thought out workouts. I have only one complaint, i can't stand the music. You should release some of your kettlebell videos without the music. I find terrible dance music the opposite of motivating and I would much rather just play some power metal while I exercise. Even better put some power metal in your videos!
