20-Minute Kettlebell HIIT Workout for Men Over 40
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds rest x 2

1. Goblet Squat
2. Single KB Swings
3. KB Chest Press Right
4. KB Chest Press Left
5. Bent over Rows Right
6. Bent Over Row Left
7. Pulse Lunge
8. Pulse Lunge
9. KB Swing Right
10. KB Swing Left

I'm 45. And reasonably fit to begin with.
But by the time I started training seriously with kettlebell, 45 days ago, I start burning fat and build muscles like I was 18 years old.
Everyone is noticing I way more muscled and lean in a very short time.

Thank you for this workout. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to finish it cause I’m really out of shape but I did what I could. I’m gonna keep doing it until I can do it all in the 20 minutes

I'm new to kettlebells. Been doing barbells and dumbbells till now.
This is a great introduction for me
I'm going light initially and then progressively increase weight/reps over the coming months, as my 68 year old body adapts.

59 year old woman here. Been doing this workout on and off for about a year. For those saying it’s not easy to recover between sets, pause the video and take a few extra seconds or use lighter kettle bells. I alternate between 15, 20 & 30lb kettle bells depending on the move and I can finish this workout completely. The key is LISTEN👏🏼TO👏🏼YOUR👏🏼BODY!!

*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*
