I've done this a few times and always forget to comment. When I did this the first time, once I realized what it was I was certain that I'd hate it. It's one of my favorite workouts now! I LOVE the combo structure and feel like I get so much better of a workout with it! I'd love to see some lower body combo videos because I'm obsessed with this workout structure!
