Join me for a 40 Minute Full body Pilates workout that will tone, strengthen and stretch your whole body as well as challenge you to go deeper into the work. All the exercises are contemporary Pilates movements with an emphasis on core engagement and control to really help flatten out the abdominals and increase your strength. It is a mixed ability level session suitable for beginners with some experience and no inuries to those with more pilates experience that want a longer class with more challneging exercises to really work the body.

Hello lovely people! Many of you have asked that I make a longer session so I have recorded this wondertul 40 Minute class for you. Hello Rachel and all from New York! You’ve kept me sane and fit since the beginning of Covid. I have been doing Pilates for many years, and like everyone else, my gym had been closed. I did Pilates twice a week for years, and am 69 years old. I missed it so much, until I found you! You are really a wonderful instructor and as a New Yorker, absolutely love your accent! Great workout: it starts easy and slowly becomes quite challenging ! I love the pace, your comments, the exercises, the short series of 4 to 6, its length: 40 minutes are better than 30 . I like it all ! Thank you!

I just love love love your sessions so much! I am in Canada--I've been doing your workouts for about 5 months now. You are the best Pilates teacher in the world! I hated Pilates before I discovered you! I discovered you when I googled exercises for a sore back and your video came up and it was almost like an instant cure and I've been addicted to your workouts ever since....feel stronger with each workout. Your instructions are superb, absolutely can do it just following your voice instructions even without watching the laptop it's so good! And your voice is so calm and pleasant and your manner so lovely I just can't wait to finish my day doing one of your fabulous sessions. Thank you thank you Rachel.

Excellent refresher on the beginning to intermediate moves, your prompts were excellent and mindful, helped me remember how and why we do each move, how we should be breathing, the position of the body, great stuff! Challenging 🥵 session on its own, but just a wonderful reminder as well! Thanks for including this on the playlist!😊❤

Wonderful, challenging 🥵addition to March playlist! I was up to the workout before this one, but saw there was a bit of challenging (for me) standing movements at the beginning - I’ve tried that one, but not too good for me with all the standing bits. I knew this would be a challenging yet safer workout, and it was, just as I remembered! Thanks for giving us these terrific playlists, we can dip in and out, or shift them around based on our time, health issues, energy level x and still enjoy an effective session.💪🏻🤗

I really did not think I would be able to manage 40 minutes but it went so quickly and I amazed myself by completing it, feel so good now both from the Pilates but also from being able to do something I didn't think I would be able to do.
