Pilates Full Body Workout | Beginner to Intermediate Level | 40 Mins

Join me for a 40 Minute Full body Pilates workout that will tone, strengthen and stretch your whole body as well as challenge you to go deeper into the work. All the exercises are contemporary Pilates movements with an emphasis on core engagement and control to really help flatten out the abdominals and increase your strength. It is a mixed ability level session suitable for beginners with some experience and no inuries to those with more pilates experience that want a longer class with more challneging exercises to really work the body.
