10 days ago I said to myself: "I'm not going to do this workout, that's too hard". Today I just stopped thinking and started doing. I skipped a few excercises, but still did around 30 minutes. Really proud of myself!

I do HIIT workout / tabata / boxing like everyday, but this OMG I’m just happy that I’m still alive, it was amazingly powerful !

Amazing workouts.. respect for the effort that you put into each video.. I have been practising yoga since 4 years now and I am now in love with the flow that you create in each class.. I look forward to each morning now to do a class with you .. and I sometimes combine 2-3 classes of yours .. for full body arms stomach .. love it
