I never knew the power humor could have to help push through, every time I hear “just a few more and by a few I mean eight” I crack up and the pain vanishes, same for “eight more!” the laughter in your voice is more effective than any drill sergeant could ever be. Thank you for this workout! ❤️

Have fun with this Full Body Pilates Workout with weights! I'm using a set of 1kg weights for your reference.😊 If you don't have weights don't worry, you will still be able to enjoy the workout. You could also use 2 water bottles or anything else around the house to act as weights! ❤

I finished my 9 workouts of week one today! I LOVED every single workout and am happy to report that I didn't miss one day working out (which was a huge challenge as I hadn't worked out in months!). Just wanted to say THANK YOU so much for your videos AND for your weekly programs which saves me HOURS looking for the next workout to do.
In only 9 short workouts, I have lost a lot of belly fat and my abs are showing which is so beautiful to look at and so gratifying. Also I feel my core so much stronger and I can feel the muscles in my legs when I walk. What a nice feeling!
I absolutely enjoyed working out with you and am eager to start week 2 tomorrow! Your soft sweet encouraging voice has the power to lift people's spirits ❤️

I always do your 30-minute workouts, but today I had more time and did this one. It kicked my butt! Thank you for making these videos. I now have a goal for 2023 - to do this workout without moaning and whining!

Seriously much needed class today with Melbourne’s case numbers. It would be so easy to give into despair and stay on the couch all day instead of moving through the stress cycle with a good workout.
