OFFICIALLY ONE MONTH!! differences ive seen: slimming of stomach and less bloating, thigs have a more noticeable gap. ive been drinking a celery and spinach drink 4x a week as well! lost 3 pounds (111->108!)

I appreciate that you don't start the timer until you're in the position. I've seen many vids that start the timer while they're still getting into position which means it's not technically the full time.

That was my first go at a Pilates workout! It was pretty difficult for me as I don’t have a lot of strength and am overweight but I tried to just go slow and focus on my breathing because I heard it’s more about small controlled movements not how fast you can do them! Great workout!👏🏻

Here are tips for each workout:

ALL PILATES MOVEMENTS ARE SLOW AND CONTROLLED! DONT FORGET TO BREATHE❤

1. 0:00 Keep knees at a 90⁰ angle after lifting up, no need to lift up head if it hurts or strains your neck
2. 0:57 Toe Taps: keep knees at a 90⁰ angle THE WHOLE TIME. As you put your toe down, Keep 90⁰ bend at the knees.
3. 1:45 The 100: Keep knees at a 90⁰ or at a slightly higher angle, head must be lifted, and it's call the 100 bc you're supposed to lift your arms up and down 100 times
4. 2:36 The roll up: just like the name, you roll your body up. When lifting up, curve your back one vertebrae at a time, once all the way up reach past your toes, then roll back down one vertebrae at a time.
5. 3:21 Bridge: tighten glutes when you lift up and try to make a straight diagonal line with your torso. Place down slowly. Really squeeze your glutes
6. 4:07 Like bridge, keep straight torso. But keep knees at a 90⁰ when lifting.

Break streach: 5:00. Cat to Cow, get in table top position which is on knees and hands with neutral spine, curve your spine up like a cat, then SLOWLY curve spine inwards like you're trying to touch your head to tail bone

7: 5:28 : keep neutral spine, head looking down along with spine, opposite leg is arm. Left leg, right arm. Right leg, left arm
8: 6:15 : keep neutral spine and neck, leg stays above hips. Pulsing slowly.
9: 7:01 : forearm is on ground while other is slightly bent. Body is slightly opened to the side, kick leg up diagonal.
10 : 7:49 : same as #8. Opposite side
11: 8:37 : same as #9. Opposite side
12: 9:21 : Down dog to Plank: go into downward dog position and steadily move into standard plank position (straight back, on feet and hands) and go back and forth.
13: 10:08 : Plank: Keep straight back and neutral spine for all types of planks, planks can be modified to be on knees or feet. Hands or forearms. Keep neck and head neutral looking down.

august 7: ✓ omg i´m soo so happy it's getting easier for me, day four done!

august 12: ✓ i don´t know why it felt so hard today to do some of the exercises, but day nine DONE! yayy
august 13: ✓ so today i tried something different, i made a routine a few weeks ago (using elliptical & weight machines) started with 20-30min of elliptical, then weight machines mostly arms exercises and then i would do this 10min video. today i started doing the video and felt stronger, today i felt proud of how i executed every move, i guess now this is my new routine. DAY TEN DONE!
august 14: ✘ started uni today and feel very tired. I will rest for today, and tomorrow I will be back with my routine😊
august 15: ✓ rest day was amazing and today came back recharged, it felt so easy! im so happy. day 12 done!
august 16: ✓ easyyy! day 13 done <3 <3 <3
august 17: spend the day with friends playing just dance the entire afternoon so i didn't do my workout routine:( day 14 not done)
august 18: ✓ started very early today! i woke up and went straight to do this 10 min vid. day 15 done!
august 19: ✓ it felt really easy today, day 16 done♡♡♡
august 20: ✓ DAY 17 DONE, i always feel so amazing after doing this video i it♡
⋆˙⟡♡ ⋆˙⟡♡ ⋆˙ UPDATE ⋆˙⟡♡ ⋆˙⟡♡ ⋆˙ the changes im seeing are mostly in my waist(getting smaller) cause for me everytime i start doing a workout is the same( i start with my stomach getting smaller MOST than my legs and other body parts). but the thing i love the most is that i feel with more energy through the day, i can move better (like walk faster or longer without getting tired). but like i said before, im not only doing this 10min video alone. im complimenting with 20minutes of elliptical and some weight machines for my arms. I noticed that im losing size but not weight.. (even tho im fasting since 7pm to 9am). ⋆˙⟡♡ ⋆˙⟡♡⋆˙ UPDATE ⋆˙⟡♡ ⋆˙⟡♡ ⋆˙

august 22: ✓ DAY 19 DONE! i've been SO BUSY with uni, yesterday all day, (literally the entire day so i got pretty tired). today mostly afternoon but wouldn't let pass another day without working out, is so fun now, it makes me feel like a brand new person physically and mentally ♡♡♡
august 23: ✓ Day 20 doneeee! ♡
august 24: ✓ Day 21 done 😊started early today♡
august 25: ✘ Day 22 not done, i've been asked to participate in two amazing little projects! (im an artist) and im so excited AND BUSY, had to rest yesterday (friday).

Just wanted to say that i always come back to this video cause when i started doing this routine i noticed that for the first time in my life.. finally found something that helped me losing weight.
That's why all of the updates. And with consistency my body changed a lot (aug-sept 2023). this past months i haven't been that consistent but still has helped to make me feel comfortable in my own skin.

i will try doing this for ~~14~~ 8 days!
day 1: it felt like more than 10 minutes, made my thighs cramp-- but good workout after stretching
day 2: I was so surprised that it felt like 3 minutes! My thighs dont cramp anymore, & my before stretches with my legs, i could stretch them further than before!
day 3: i seen some progress, ive been moving this time and i could lift things i normally wouldnt been able to lift
day 4: Didnt do it, i was too busy unpacking and sleeping lol
day 5: it was great, i could do things very easily and i did one of my own stretches too, my feet go over my head now!!
day 6: BEAUTIFUL i seen some good progress i def got more slimmer but not that slim
day 7: Didnt do, had multiple school events + wedding to go to
day 8: Tomorrows my first day of school since fall break, its almost 12 so i needed to get my beauty sleep! Only got to 7:00, and it felt like nothing!/positive

its been 7 days since i started, and i see a little changes in my body. my stomach feel thighter and it doesnt bloat like before....my thights feels stronger and smaller also. on the first day i had to take breaks in the middle of exercises and today i did it whole without a break. i definetely recommend it!!!

only 10 minutes and yet felt so productive- this is the perfect time to fit into a busy schedule and bc of your channel i have fallen in love with pilates (aka working out)
