Hello nicole, i just wanted to tell you that i really appreciate these workout videos you make for us. As a 15 year old who wasnt confident on my body image, i decided to stay consistent with your workout. I've always been the skinny fat type and my stomach fat would always ruin my image on dresses my id realy feel down and low but after staying consistent with your workoits throughout my summer holidays, ive been noticing a lot of changes. First, my stomach is almist flat and ive even noticed some abs forming which im super hyped for and second, i feel myself growing stronger both physically and mentally. I never couldve first achieved a full plank position but now i enjoy them. In my journal, i have a page where i writw about what makes me happy and ive written 'move with nicole workouts ' becausr it genuinly makes me at ease. Thank you so much for your wonderful videos. Youve made an amazing impact on my life and im truly grateful. This channel will always have a special place in my heart ❤.

I NEVER in my life thought I could like Pilates. Not ever. I was a gymnast growing up, and then I fell in love with weights. When my knees started to hurt and I needed to stop weights, I was SO SAD. I started Pilates against my will!! But I love it now because of Move With Nicole. Thank you Nicole!!
