A full body stretch yoga class to help you wake up! No props yoga.

Welcome to Day 8 of the Morning Yoga Movement! To kick off the second week we have a quick energizing practice, with lots of standing poses (including High Lunge, Eagle Pose, and Warrior 3). I hope you enjoy this 10 minute morning yoga class. No props are needed for this practice.

Really enjoying the challenge. But being a beginner found the transitions between poses very fast on this one. Was hard to keep up.

i struggle with depression and anxiety and i've been doing the full morning yoga movement for sometime and it has helped me lots for finding some energy in the mornings, i really thank you for doing this and sharing it for free, thank you so so much<3 I hope you're doing well<3

The transitions are super fun on this one. Great class! I didn't think ten minutes was enough to get a nice buzz going but these eight days have proved me wrong. I still hope that you do another 30 day challenge Kassandra, with longer classes 💕.

Morning my fellow yogis! I am about to start on the challenge. It’s day 8. I wanted to be lazy and just stay in bed and sleep. But I am deciding to change my habits and live a better life. It starts with this simple practice for me to set the rest of the day.

This is my 3rd round around this challenge. The first time I did this class I wasn't able to do any of the poses properly but now I did them without any difficulty and without losing balance or shaking!! Am so grateful for everything you do kassandra

#GoodMorning this flow was challenging even for someone who practices almost daily but I loved the reminder that I am filled with creative energy and that made me change my mindset in an instant. I was totally ok with not getting into eagle pose without wobbling or not finding my Warrior 3 at all this morning. Ha, I actually found myself giggling. So though this was a challenging, creative flow, I had fun! Thank you!

Yesterday, I was reminded that I can be flexible. Today, I remembered that I can be inflexible! I had to assure myself that it is ok that I am not at the same level I was when I had a full yoga practice many years ago. I am grateful for my inflexibility and my struggle with balance today because it gives me another opportunity to accept things as they are right now while also reaching for something more. Thank you, friends. #goodmorning
