Loved this 🙌 this felt like 3 minutes, not 11! my biggest problem with most stretching routines is that they're more yoga based and gentle. I like a deeper, more intense stretch. Thank you!

that felt like 2 minutes. I LOVE HER. I’m a dancer and I just worked for about an hour and a half on a difficult hip-hop choreo that is very demanding stamina and strength-wise. Felt terrible but the stretch was very calming. I feel better already, we’ll see how sore I am tomorrow 💓

Been doing this consistently for 2 weeks now 😊

Edit: I'm still doing it 💪 took a week of due to injury but I've been at it for 4 or 5 weeks now

Some of the stretches I found painful but once I was done I felt so good and not one muscle hurt anymore. Definitely a dessert!

Edit: This is now my go to stretch after my workouts!

When I tell you this worked I mean it. I had done a full body 45-minute workout yesterday and forgot to stretch, but today I did it after doing the same workout, and I feel so much better. I cannot believe it helped so much, but it did. Thank you so very much.

Went to the gym this morning and I finally for the first time ever did some of the equipment and machines by myself 😅 I usually get too nervous to try/ but I made sure to stretch before I left because I always neglect when I get home. Thank you for posting this!

After a really sucky workout today, this really felt like the perfect dessert. Despite feeling like crap during the workout, all of the stretches felt so good and I could feel my progress in flexibility. I’ve been doing this stretching routine every time after working out over the last month, when I started exercising for the first time in years, and I really love it, thanks!

Thank you, i was sore the first day of HIIT and then i worked out a second day and the pain was intense. Hopefully I can get back in the gym tomorrow with this recovery

I work in the trades and if you are not careful it can really take a toll on your body. Stretching is so important for injury prevention. Especially when doing manual labor. Thank you so much Kaleigh! This is such a hug lifesaver.
