Here's a 10 minute bodyweight workout to build your abs and core muscles! Follow along as I guide you through this short and effective routine. I love this routine as a finisher at the end of my workout to really torch my core and abs.

- FLUTTER KICKS
- CRUNCHES
- HEEL TAPS
