Follow along with us for a 10 minute high intensity core/ab workout! We give you 2 different variations of each exercise so this workout is suitable for beginners and advanced levels. Last week was nearly a bust with only 15 minute GENTLE walks. Today I completed a 2 mile walk, followed by today’s TWO challenge routines. Hopefully by back is back to normal. Today felt good!

I definitely improved in the full body strength workout, I was able to do more reps and the advanced moves. Also my core has became stronger! I was able to do the advanced core moves and be up to pace. Loving week three, let’s go!!

I really liked the alternating tuck crunch; I haven't done that one before. I'll definitely incorporate this in my routine! Thanks for the abs workout! :-)

That was a quick intense workout. Mountain Climbers are my thorn and that knee to elbow movement revealed my poor hip flexibility. I am going to keep working at all of it!!

We're growing! Wifey is able to hold herself up on the plank, and I'm able to do the first core set through now. The sprinter joints used to be the end of me! Keep it up Coaches.

Hi! I have been doing 30 day ab challenges since May 1st, but then school started back and I just wasn’t finding time to fit in my whole set. This is great, because it’s quick and efficient for me to fin in my routine before heading off to inspire America’s youth! Thank you!!

Wow, my abs have gotten stronger in the past 2 weeks for sure. Following the strength workout with this was a great way to test them. I'm getting better at mountain climbers and Russian twists and in the previous workout the extended plank wasn't as hard. So happy I've stayed committed and haven't skipped today. Day 15 now fully ✅

Completed Day 1 of Week 3! Can't believe it's Week 3 already! Core workout was no joke even with the modifications. One of my goals is to strengthen my core so I'm going to keep on going.
