I love your workouts compared to many others because you’re talking to us and guiding us. Other videos don’t include any verbal instructions and just kept the music going throughout the workout. So please don’t stop engaging us! ❤

Wow! I’m 57 and have been fit all my life, lost all my fitness levels to long covid for well over a year. I’ve really struggled to find motivation and energy to start again, but just found your channel and I LOVE IT! I feel like exercising again 😍😍😍😍

I love your channel because I can get in a small workout when I have time or a longer one and I don't have to get all dressed up for the gym! Very effective. I can also adjust the movements for my age and body. I am 62 and in very good shape when it comes to my arms and legs buy my stomach and balance are what I need work on. I love these 10 minute work outs.

Love your workouts. It's common that my shoulders fall off earlier than I manage to go through sets proposed by some other youtube athletes. Following you I definitely feel burn in the abs and neither my arms nor my legs are too heavy to continue or steal that tension from the target zone. Brilliant.

Finally found an instructor that I enjoy on YouTube. I really like that slow pace high intensity method that you teach and thank you for your music selection for not making it obxiously loud between talking.

I workout for 15 to 20 minutes each morning. I love your videos. Please add more of the 15 to 20 minute workouts. I feel so good after working out with you!

I would never think that 10 mins could seem like forever until today lol. That was a core workout. Challenging but was so worth it. Glad I stayed with it.

Really enjoyed this! The perfect amount of instruction, but not so much chat that I can't keep coming back to this video to do as part of a regular routine. Love your energy and that each exercise is not about doing the move as fast as possible in the time. ❤

This workout was great for me because I currently have a broken foot and I was able to do all the exercises with a boot on! I'm a dancer so it's important that I remain in shape. Thanks for helping me stay fit during my recovery 😊

Love your no plank ab routines! Also appreciate your modifications! The squirm usually hurts my neck, but with your recommended modification I was fine.
