This is definitely your best ab workout by far. I have been struggling with ab workouts since I have very weak abs but this one challenged me just enough to keep me going the whole workout. Thanks for making these videos!

Love your workouts man! Thanks so much for all you do! If I could suggest just one thing to change, it would be to verbally announce the next exercise before the countdown. For those of us who do these outside using our phone, it's not always easy to see what's next (I find myself rewinding all the time because I missed 5-10 seconds grabbing my phone to look). Thanks again man!

Yo fam. Just found your channel and after the first 3 minutes I knew your videos would be a benefit. I'm a life long athlete who is now a truck driver. We don't get alot of time on the road for self care and unfortunately I've gained a couple inches around my mid section. I'm going to incorporate your routines in to my own so I can get back to how I used to look and feel. I'll post my progress
