There are no excuses - everyone has 10 minutes to workout. This workout is quick, fun and of course intense. If your abs are not burning after this ride ... you must be dead lol. Anna, I love those quick abs/core workouts! Thank you for that new one! Whoop, whoop!

Before I challenged myself to do excercise and dieting I couldn’t even do sit-ups but now it’s day 7 and I am learning on hot to do sit-ups alll because of ANNNA ❤

I'm not gonna lie when I finished I was seeing stars. I Did this after a grow with Jo workout. I love that your workouts are hard-core and push me to limit.

Really loved this ab workout. At first I was scared because it said no rests however the moves didnt burn TOO much to the point of not being able to push through them and the exercises were changed enough/worked a different ab area so that I was able to get through with no extra breaks! Please do more like this I loved it, thank you!! <3
