I've done this one before, but didn't have a chance to comment. I loved it: so kind to the body, but still plenty of burn in the abs, balance challenge with side plank, etc. I loved the subtle cue to 'hold the lower back (not sway back) and take the upper spine into extension': this felt very good in my lower back. Thank you!

Thanks for this! When I do the roll ups my legs come out of the floor even when I have the bended knees. What shall I do? Shall I put a small weight on my feet? This usually works for me with 1.5kg in each foot. Thanks in advance!

Hi Mira, I started to follow your videos as my physio advised me to start pilates for my low back pain. I woke up this morning with a "locked up" sacrum area, and completely relived after the class... so Just wanted to say thank you, in a way you "saved my day" 😂🙇🏻‍♂ I will come back!🙂👌
