Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing.
Please remember every body is different and we all progress at different rates. The fact that you have shown up and completed this workout is incredible. You should be very proud of yourself for taking the steps to improve not only your physical, but also your mental health.
The key to achieving your fitness and health goals is consistency and healthy lifestyle changes, without restriction. I don’t believe in crazy fad diets. Simply eat nutritious food, move your body, smile and enjoy the journey! Love Lilly

This is the first time I tried Pilates. I knew it wouldn’t be easy but wow I didn’t expect to sweat so much in 10 minutes. I don’t even sweat this much with my 40min workouts. This was great thank you for sharing your workout.

I’m working out now twice a day morning and night in the mornings I use the lean app and at night I do 7 of you’re videos here so 2 hours mon-sat Sunday I let my body rest I’m so happy with my results and the meal plans as a vegan

Hi! Thank you for making me sweat in 10 minutes, great exercises! What I will say is that I don’t think that ad in the middle of a workout is the right idea, I kinda felt a little frustrated because my me-time to work on myself interrupted by an ad. I think an ad in the beginning and the end will suffice! No hate to your products, I just don’t like the ad in the middle of a workout, thank you!

I will be doing this for 5 days and maybe more i will keep u guys updated ( i chose five days bec it will be my birthday so i hope it will be good:))
Day1✅️: it was hard ngl buf i totaly feel the burn in my legs im sure when i wake up tomorrow i will not be able to walk💀💀💀and i have decied to fast for 4 days while doing this workout bec i want to maks the progress quicker anyways see u guys tomorrow;)
