Thanks for the exercises! Gotta say at this speed I really don't feel my abs are working though, so I do the exercises way more slowly, hardening my stomach and focusing on my breath. That helps a lot and makes the difference ;)

Honestly the best standing core I’ve ever ever done! I love it and I love the no breaks to keep the heart rate up! Still working on some coordination on some moves but I get a lot better every time I do it!!! ❤
