This upper body workout is going to help you build a strong chest and back, plus improve your posture! Having solid and well-balanced chest and back muscles is an important part of good posture, as well as making everyday tasks that come up in life even easier! In this workout I have combined 5 exercises for the back and 5 for the chest, so we can get strong, make everyday life tasks easier, and build better posture!

30 MINUTE CHEST & BACK WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 15lbs to 40lbs / 7 - 18kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift heavy! Pick a weight that will challenge you for the entire 50 seconds of work, but is very challenging for the last 10-15 seconds.
- EXERCISE MAT

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT
- EXERCISE BOX/BENCH OR A STURDY CHAIR

STRUCTURE
10 TOTAL EXERCISES
2 TIMES THROUGH EACH
5 FOCUSED ON BACK MUSCLES
5 FOCUSED ON CHEST MUSCLES
WORK: 50 SECONDS REST: 30 SECONDS
REST BETWEEN ROUNDS: 90 SECONDS

- ONE-SIDED BENT OVER ROW
- SWITCH SIDES
- KNEELING REAR DELT FLYES
- RENEGADE ROW
- ALTERNATING CHEST PRESS

First time doing this set since I lost an eye to cancer. Shocked how bad my balance is, but was encouraged to read someone mention how much they've balance improved! Looking forward to the improvement

I just got off my treadmill after doing a combination of 45 minutes of incline walking, and sprint intervals. I added this in right after, and it really ended up being a perfect morning addition before I headed off to work. I’d love to see more of these videos i.e. 10-15 minute lower body, or upper body, or even full body, in addition to abs, glutes, etc…. Thanks Kaleigh!!! ❤️❤️❤️👏👏👏

I LOVED this workout. As someone who suffers from vestibular problems, this is exactly what I've been looking for since laying supine makes me dizzy. The pace is just right, the exercises are challenging and your instructions are clear. Plus as always, your enthusiasm and joy in working out is quite infectious. ❤

Had a whole morning of Kaleigh workouts! Started with the 10 minute tabata no equipment workout as a warm up followed by this mornings sweet summer sweat 20 minute full body resistance training and finished with this followed by the new 15 minute full body stretch. I. FEEL. AMAZING!! thank you!
