I enjoy Sarah Beth Yoga. Sarah Beth does such a nice job explaining what to do. This makes it very unintimidating. Although she has done these poses thousands of times, her calm explanation of breaths, muscle relaxation, and weight distribution are helpful throughout to make a difference on the effectiveness of these poses. Always enjoy your videos, even if they are a bit of a stretch for me physically now and then. I start each morning and end each day with a little 10- to 20- minute Sarah Beth yoga and I am feeling better than ever seven years into my retirement! This is good!

Sarah Beth's instructions make me feel like I'm actually in a class - complete with reminders to tweak the poses as they should be. I initially found myself clicking on her free youtube videos but then realized I wanted to give full support as a subscribed member. Sarah Beth's practices saves me time from having to go somewhere else, and there are many choices of practices depending on your personal needs.
