As someone recovering from an eating disorder/exercise addiction these classes have really changed my life for the better! I love that Nicole doesn't talk about fat loss, "shrinking" certain body parts, or talking about diet. 🙌The focus on strength and flexibility is super beneficial, it makes me keep coming back for my mental and physical health! I've noticed my posture has improved greatly since starting pilates, and the 20-30 min classes are perfect for me as someone who used to workout 2+ hours a day with my eating disorder. Thank you for your videos Nicole! 💖

For years, I’ve struggled to develop a good relationship with my body and working out so I’ve never fully committed to any workout regimen. However, Nicole has made me look forward to working out. I actually love following along to these videos, I love the way I feel afterward, and the cherry on top is that I’m actually experiencing real results both mentally and physically. I’ve been watching her for about a year now and needless to say, I won’t be stopping any time soon.

I love having these shorter workouts thrown in every once in a while! I'm not always 100% energized each day, but I always find it nice to move my body in some way. These shorter classes are great for that!

I have quit smoking weed, and therefor got the energy back to start your pilates videos again after a couple of motnhs. This was a perfect starter. I feel refreshed, calmed and happy. Thankyou x

if i have learned anything in my fitness journey, its find a movement routine that you truly enjoy and you will look forward to doing it everyday. when you are doing workouts that leave you feeling depleted rather than refreshed you will find excuses to not do them. but nicoles pilates vids, my local reformer classes, and daily walks get me so excited to move my body that i actually crave it.

I've tried this class for the first time today, since i couldn't bring myself to work out for a long time now and felt so bad about myself. Today I was finally able to to it and to really let myself go. It was so relieving that i started crying in the last pose. Thank you for that!! I will continue to do your classes from now on. I really needed that

This workout + the 19 min "Yoga flow for energy" are my saviors on days, when I feel low in energy because of too little sleep or because of a cold. With them, I don't need to pause my routine with daily pilates workouts; they don't require too much effort but still give me the nice feeling of having done something nice for my body and mind. THANK YOU so much for all you do, Nicole!!!

Loving these 20mins workouts, I dont know why but it keeps me way more motivated to do a 20mins class and then add a 10min one, rather than 30mins at once.... Thank you!

I’ve done this workout twice now, you always catch me off guard with the place your hand on your chest and stomach and think about three things you are grateful for. Each time it’s left me with an over whelming sense of love and admiration for what I do have in life. Thank you for helping me find practices that help me continuely find that gratitude I have towards life and my own well being.💜

Thank you for the wonderful workout! I love the 20 minute workouts! It’s easier for me to do two or three 20 minutes per day than one 45 or 50 so this was perfect.
The ending was beautiful and uplifting. I am very grateful that I am starting to see changes in my body. Definition in my back and thigh muscles, arms and abs. I’m over 50 and proving to myself that consistently sticking with Pilates works! We do not have to run for miles or lift heavy to stay strong, flexible and defined. Thank you for your work Nicole!

Girl you're making my body feel and look so beautiful. You inspire me to keep practicing pilates only for myself, not for anyone else. I also started incorporating yoga right after to stretch and wind down right after. All for who? Myself! Thank you for making pilates so welcoming, approachable, and relaxing. :)

Nicole, you have changed my life in such a beautiful and powerful way. I’ve never had a workout routine and this had made me so happy to get up with the sun and workout for not only the physical benefits your classes offer but the mental health benefits as well. Hi Nicole! I had my second baby in Dec 2020 which was also a second C section. I have always been very repulsive of working out and getting fit because I thought it was not for me. But once I started your workouts in March this year, I connected like magic with you and your soothing voice. Now I can't stay without working out at least four times in a week and the results are showing too! Thanks a lot for making me fall in love with working out and for improving my overall fitness. You go girl!
