Get ready for one of the best Home Workouts of your LIFE! Let's do this! A 20 minute full body workout that you can do whenever and wherever you like... even first thing in the morning! You don't need any equipment or weight.

This video is full length which means you can just follow along with whatever I'm doing. If you need extra rest, just pause the video. If you don't need a rest - watch it the whole way through.

You can hit this home workout 2-3x per week - and if you wanted to keep active on your other days - be sure to check out my other workouts!

I’m 13, And i’ll be doing this Everyday and tell you all my progress
Day 1: Tired after workout, sweating like crazy
Day 2: Tired again, feeling more confident this time
Day 3: Tired, Chin up
Day 4: Was busy, had to skip it, sorry
Day 5: Tired, Chin up
Day 6: Chin up, Been seeing improvement in biceps and other parts of the upper body, Even recently formed The Arch in between the armpit and shoulder!
Day 7: Chin up
Day 8: Chin up
Im going to be changing into Weekly progress, as it shows more and doesnt stress me out on keeping you all updated, hope this helps!
Week 2: Improvement on Biceps, triceps, shoulders, thighs and even a bit of chest, tired af

Fraser, Your workouts are some of the best on youtube, so you deserve all the success in the world, just some friendly advice. Have you thought about doing a 40 minute vid, stretching for 20 mins, then a 20 min workout all in one. One thing i have noticed when doing your workouts, i do miss the first couple of seconds with some of the exercises before getting into position, maybe you could allow 5 seconds to get into position. Another suggestion you could show how to do the perfect form for the exercises in seperate videos, for example 'squats' putting pressure on the heel when doing them, not going lower than 90 degrees so they don't affect the knees or for planks keeping the body straight with elbows below the shoulders. these would give you more content to put on your channel. Thanks for all the vids, they always provide quality routines and are helping thousands get back in to shape.
