3 things keep getting me back to Bullyjuice:
1. There's a COMPLETE timer for the entire workout, so I can see myself getting closer to the end and that keeps me moving.
2. There are rest breaks
3. His abs keep reminding me of the body I want to build so I keep pushing XD

I can really see a difference! I’ve been doing these workouts for about 3-4 weeks. As a former athlete who now has a job that doesn’t allow me to spend hours in the gym, these workouts have been so helpful. They’re rigorous enough to let me know I’m not underestimating myself, yet beginner-friendly and time-efficient enough to be doable! I have been looking for something I can continue when work starts back up, and I think I found it on this channel. I didnt realize how much just standard bodyweight workouts could do for you until I started these videos. Been going to Bullyjuice for almost all workouts and feel real progress for 2 months now. Thanks guys!!!! Everything you implement in your video is great!!!

I hated working out at home. I loved going to the gym. Now that the gyms are closed I pretty much stopped working out for about a week. I looked online for a workout without weights that I could do and one of your videos popped up. I actually watched the whole thing and it looked like something I could do so I did it. I love the format and how easy it was to follow. It was a real workout that made me sweat but it also wasn't so hard that I couldn't do it. I saved that video so I could do it everyday until yesterday when other videos of yours popped up. To my surprise you have a bunch of videos!!! Now I can do them without getting bored of doing the same thing. I also watched your videos on what you should and shouldn't eat. I am glad to say I am on track and avoid all the foods you said to stay away from. The only food on the list to eat that I don't like are avocados. I can change my mind. Years ago I hated cottage cheese but found out it was a complete protein and it was best for building muscle so I forced myself to like it. Thanks for the videos and the info. Your'e helping so many people. I will definitely be sharing with friends and family.

Bro I'm 47 and in good shape and now that I cant go to my gym, for the last week I been doing this with my 19 year old son....MY GAAAAWD...I can't walk the next day but we love it...I lost 6 lbs in 1 week so keep doing ya thing and we'll keep watching..Thanks.
