I know I'm finding the right videos for me when I wanna quit 2 minutes before the video ends. I say to myself, "I'm done", I check how much time is left and realize I can't stop now. I get some water and breath for a couple of minutes and finish. Doing this after working all day is humbling at first, but always rewarding in the end. I can actually feel the stretch in my toes up to my fingers.

My daughter introduced me to SaraBeth yoga. Whenever I tune in I feel renewed and strong at the end of class. “Your daily practice is your strongest practice.’ Amen to that!

This is the most amazing sequence. I can wake up with a stiff lower back, so much that the first childs post is hard. By then end, I’m totally flexible and ready to start my day. Highly recommend for the morning! Tks Sarah Beth, never disappoint.

I've been searching around for a while on YouTube for yoga routines that fit my lifestyle. You're the best out there. I agree about not having all that chatter and wasted time in the beginning of the video. You get right down to it. I'm a huge fan!

I do this yoga session every morning. I love doing it. I feel a big difference on the day I did the session and a day I didn’t. I love the calm atmosphere your videos transmit and that you start your videos with only “welcome to yoga” instat of a minute long monolog.

I agree with others. Her voice is the best thing about this practice. So calm and low and peaceful. Her yoga stretches are also thoughtfully constructed. Every transition and pose feels natural and matches what my body needs. And the breathing cues are very helpful!! Thank you!!

I really enjoyed the half camel pose thrown into the flow! It felt great on my psoas. Might even be a good addition to the slower routines you have to get a slightly longer stretch on it. Another fantastic yoga video - you're the best! Thank you :)
