Hey Dan!!! I started this challenge 2 days back and must say it's really tough & rewarding at the same time 🔥😅BTW I'm a mother of two toddlers with C sec tummy. I've been doing your workouts for the past one month, Workouts are very challenging especially HIIT one's but I can see n feel that it's working (my body is changing) . I'm doing it at my own pace.... Love from India You are doing great work Dan... Kudos 🎉
