Hey i'm a begginner and this is my first day: skipped maybe 2 exercises and had a lot of breaks plus i really don't know how people can do push ups 🤯
I'll give an update tomorrow
Day 2: less breaks than the first time, i did every exercise even if it wasn't completely perfect (my push ups was like half push up😂😂😂)
It's still hard but i won't give up😔
Day 3: naaa it's still hard, i finished the workout but still can't say "perfectely"
+i hope my hands have the ability to carry me one day 😭
Day 4 : it was easier but still hard, less breaks, i add some jumpings but not to every jumping exercise, my mood wasn't that good but i'm proud of the progress, i'll keep going and give u my achievements💪🏻
Day 5 : it's getting easier but still have more than 3 breaks and i aim to make it only one break🔥
Day 6 : only two breaks🎉🎉
I can't workout perfectely like she does or control my body as she does, i'm slower and do workouts without jumping but that's expected from a begginner!!
I'll keep updating!!!🔥

Decided I'd do each exercise for 50 seconds instead of 60 because I knew my fitness level wasn't there yet. It was great! Made it through the video with no extra pauses. I'm going to try this for a couple of days and then start doing every other exercise for 60 sec until I can do the whole thing :)

Former volleyball player here and let me tell you, this is actually intense! It definitely hit all the right places and my advice is to just pace yourself.

I had started doing this workout 4-5 months ago and it definitely helped- I lost around 15lbs by staying consistent with my diet and exercise. But then holidays rolled around, and work and school have picked up, so now I've gained it all back. I'm just being transparent so y'all know that's ok: we're not failures, it just takes discipline 💗

2/23: ☑ the process is slow but I'm already not near as winded once I'm done and I love how strong my back & arms feel!!

I've always prided myself on being In pretty good shape, and this workout was very challenging for me!! Feel like I accomplished an hour in 10 minutes😊

I loved this. It’s short but full on intensity! No rest and a real burner if you put your all into every move. Love the combo of moves. Thank you. Recently started doing some of your workouts. I’m a fitness instructor and work out hard so this was perfect for someone like me!🔥👊🏼

I'm recovering from 4 weeks of covid, and finally feeling okay enough to start doing your videos again! 🎉 i had to pause the video twice to let my heart and lungs recover, and modify once, but i did it! Thank you for this video.

This was my first workout of yours and I loved it. I enjoy pushing my body and I’m sweating buckets. Did this after another HIIT video I did, and now I definitely want to try one of your longer videos!
