Your yoga videos are living me life again. I can sit in a position, i.e at the dinner table without feeling pain in my back and I've only been practicing for 10 days. I've been following your videos for years, and I always get emotional when starting them up again. At this point it feels like coming home. I like how you incorporated a bunch of different upper body stretches that are not in the other yoga videos I have tried from other YouTubers. Most just do child's pose, downward dog, cat-cow, some sort of spine twist, etc . Thanks for showing me some new poses!

I am so glad that I found this channel once I decided to start getting healthy. I did the seven day challenge a week ago and when I saw the 15 min challenge was coming up, I signed up immediately. Can't wait for tomorrow to start the routines. My sunrises are brought in with you.
And this was the perfect set to do for today.

(I have to say, I love your later videos compared to your earlier ones like 4 years ago. You explain so much better now in the calmest way and i have time to move in between poses and learn them well. Good job)

Thank you ☺️ This is a new one for me, esp. the last stretch. I couldn’t even get to stacked fists. Ha. But it felt stretched my tight back in a place I wasn’t able to stretch well before. I just had pain. So thank you again. I have been doing some of your videos since sheltering in place. It has helped so much with releasing stress. I find myself praying while I stretch. 😉 God bless you. 🙏🏽

Thank you. I needed a modification to the twist around 6:50. I could not go down low or relaxed because I’m so tight in those muscles, Great stretches though!

These type videos never helped me before and I always wondered what was wrong with me... but ended up needing and getting neck surgery (with no PT except for some back pain resulting from the new need for good posture), so never got rid of a lot of neck shoulder problems. Recently got PT again, with a much better therapist, and he is doing dry needling and I want to shout from the rooftops over that has helped old knots and spasms, except for the inflammation it causes for a few days after. It has been amazing. No wonder nothing ever helped. BUT, all that to say I can now do these videos and benefit from them!! Thankyou always so much for all of your videos that always seem to be so on point and reach the right things. Some people give a focus in the title, but it ends up being a general practice every time. I love a good general practice for all over benefits when I can do it, but you get into the specific issues and actually benefit them so much (a loose example is where an ankle can cause knee pain, or a knee can cause hip pain. You always seem to be so inner aware of what can cause another issue!! Does that make sense?? Bless you!) I always have to give high praise on your videos that help tummy issues, which also seems to help my diabetes, etc.. As a side note, I have experienced massages for the first time ever this year, and because of some of my stress and illness problems, she experimented with trying belly massage on me. Oh my goodness!! It hurt so bad for the first few minutes, but something released and I actually woke myself up snoring ntwice!! - during a painful belly massage. I just wanted to mention that for you or anyone that has chronic tummy issues for various reasons. I had gotten to where different organs seemed to be knotting up and spasming. She actually knew what I was talking about and it is helping me so much!! (no Dr has ever understood and just sent me for GI's and acid medicine, which didn't help. Chronic dehydration was also a cause. Anyway, sorry for the ramble. Excess stress can cause problems in the neck/shoulder area and also the tummy, as you know, and also what, hips or hip flexors I think?? Bless you and thankyou so much for stying on here and always seeming to know what I need and/or point me in the right direction for deeper treatments. I am still sadly on so many RX's tho for different reasons/lost of health issues..but i know that no one thing helps, just trying to keep the fire down while I hunt for more answers. Many many blessings to you beautiful soul!! (sorry so long)
