I am always unsure if I am doing a pose correctly so I really appreciate the detailed instructions, yogi hands, pressing your feet down in the low cobra, it’s just what I’ve been looking for! I also love how different the first child’s pose feels compared to the last 🤗.

I just want to thank you for this. I’m doing the challenge this week instead of last because my mom was in hospice last week and I was her primary caregiver. She passed away Saturday night and I am using your challenge to help me walk through this place of grief. Today your words touched a place so deep in my soul that I had to stop and sob. You said “The secret to strength is the ability to hold yourself up when gravity is pulling you down.” That was my experience through the last days of my mom’s life. I showed up and I held myself up. Sara Beth. I have practiced yoga consistently for 15 years then inconsistently for 5. How great to go back to basics with attention and focus on proper positions, placements, points of contact for safety and strength and breath. All so key to remind me how to practice for strength and safety before I begin long group classes. I've aged and need to build strength without compromising my structure. Thank you
