This is *exactly* what I need - a slow, no-pressure introduction that even someone who can't sit comfortably cross-legged with a pillow can get through and feel pretty good about. That was such a simple workout, but I still got lots out of it! Especially all the detail you gave for the tabletop position, which I’m sure I’ve held thousands of times over the past few years, but it worked my body more today than I think it ever has! I definitely want to give the 1 minute hold a go. Getting back to basics is a good thing to do!
