15-min Beginner's Circuit Workout

Our Coaches put their heads together and created this full-body workout that will hit your core, legs, chest and back. This workout is perfect for getting started (or restarted) in the gym because of the repetition. Complete each move for 10 reps and repeat for a total of 3 sets before moving to the next one. Repetition = muscle memory 💪.

These exercises are ready-to-go but if you’d like some extra help with your form— you can always ask a Coach!

how many times do i need to do the 1 minute each? just 1 minute of each workout in a row? with 30s in between?
