I'm 64 years old and have never been stronger thanks to you Maddie!!! Found you during Covid and you kept me fit and mentally healthy when we had to social distance. I never looked back and have been a fan since then. I love your 5 min abs because who really wants to do an ab work out? Just knowing it will only take 5 min keeps me consistent and when i'm up for the challenge I do your longer videos. I wish you all the success in the world because you truly deserve it!

I have ADHD and have never been able to get myself to stick to a workout routine or even find a recreational physical activity I enjoy long-term. I found this workout months ago and I keep coming back to it because my brain can handle a 15 minute time chunk and it is definitely working. I've watched other MadFit videos and got to the point I was implementing harder versions of moves in the video. I was doing it several times weekly at one point. After forgetting about it for a couple of months, I recently began doing it again and I'm sore for days after. Thanks so much for making this, Maddie.

My first time getting my body moving in over 2 years due to pregnancy and depression and I barely made it through the video😅 thankful I found these workouts to get me back on track with my health and fitness! Can’t wait till these become easy for me to get through

I am 75 years old and walk at least 5 miles every day but I also try to include at least one workout with Maddie five days each week. These beginner ones along with the dance parties are just right for me. They are doable and it is easier to make the exercises a little more challenging if I am feeling up for it. I really, really like the beginner videos. They definitely keep me working out much more often than I did when I felt I had to push to hard in some of the more intense videos. Keep adding these to you channel, please!

I'm a mom of a 3 yo and a 1yo, both of by c-section. Never in my life have I worked out and after the babies I had an excuse not to. Found your total beginner workout randomly. Gave it a try. Never did I ever think my body was capable of all that. I feel like I've become a couple years younger and stronger now. Thank you so much maddie. You are an inspiration.

I was sitting on my couch feeling lazy and sad for starting to lose my clothes from the weight i gained recently and decided to search for a quick easy workout just to get started.
