I filmed this workout about 1.5 weeks ago and some parts of the burn on my leg blistered up after I finished the workout! I wasn't ready to workout yet but i'm still glad i got this filmed! Haven't really worked out since. 😂Hope you guys enjoyed this program so far!

I just started using Chloes workouts two days ago, being very obese makes working out hard since I have a limit on how much my body can take. Today I did 10 minutes of workout and I threw up, but I still have a long journey ahead of me, hopefully during this week my body can start getting used to all of the movement, so that I can start doing 20 minute workouts. These videos are very helpful for exercising in the morning !!

Okay so here my daily check up or what not Lol
Day 1: pretty good want to bad
Day2: I’m not feeling sore anywhere and I finished the workout pretty pumped
Day:3 okay muscle are on fire but I still pushed through
Day:4 okay muscles are so sore I had to skip today
Day:5 work out was good and actually seeing results already (I’m eating the same btw no diets)
Day 6: I took a break
Day 7: ohhhh my muscles are deadass starting to show
Day 8: work out was good
Day 9: work out was easy
Day :10 okay I noticed that I’ve lost a little weight around my thighs and waist
Day 11: woke out was good
Day 12: work out was good
Day 13: took a break
Day: 14 my arms are definitely getting more toned
Day 15: still eating the same and still loosing weight too my abs are so much more noticeable my thighs aren’t like jelly anymore they’re much more structured and my booties getting a little bit more plumper!!
Day 16: ✅

Day 19: wow okay guys like i like have abs I lost weight and I, just like generally toned everywhere
Day ???: Hey guys! It’s been almost 2 months since I started this workout, after say 19 I forgot to keep u guys updated but I have been working the same with this video. I workout 4-5 days a week for 2 months and I went from 145 lbs to 136 lbs. I see my abs and my legs and arms are very toned! I look great in swim suits and I lost about 4 inches on my waist from 28 to 24 also my face has also lost weight and for some reason my nose has kinda also gotten smaller from the weight I lost from my face. I’m still using this video but working out to this video has helped me get more stamina that I’ve starts going on runs as well without dying lol. Getting fit has really changed a lot of things for me. I don’t feel guilty when I eat anymore and I look forward to working out in the mornings.

I tried Chloe Ting's workout and I almost lost my breath in the middle but she saying "it's okay to take long breaks" is really touching. I would continue this because my bodypains are addicting 🤣

I just did this workout and let me tell you. The sweat is real, it's everywhere!! But this is such a good workout, I love it so much. And it's only 15 minutes long so there's no excuse. If I can do it, so do you. Now get up en go do this workout!

I'd like to share my progress. I did this workout after a warmup and then a cooldown after. I started on 3rd March 2022. I wasn't looking to lose weight, I just wanted a simple but effective workout to move my body, perhaps get it a little toned but most of all prevent it from getting lethargic which I was feeling daily due to my sedentary lifestyle. I'm pretty much a beginner so this workout was perfect for me. I did all the low-impact versions. After 4 days of doing this workout, the 11 lines appeared on my stomach. I worked out for 4 days with 1-2 rest days depending on how busy my day was. I did no diet. But then again I usually eat a lot of vegetables. I did eat chocolate, potato chips, cakes, sodas, all that but in moderate amounts because I don't like anything too sweet. I didn't really measure myself every day but today I have found that my stomach is flatter, my arms and thighs are slimmer compared to when I first started. I did the low-impact versions, I did skip working out for 3 days, and I did no diet. But my body feels much better, more flexible and I'm no longer lethargic just days after starting this workout. I feel more confident and the results are definitely visible. This workout is not that hard when done alone in my opinion, and it's great for those just starting out like me. The key is definitely being consistent and keep trying. I hope some people will find this information useful to some extent. Thanks for reading.

Day 1 -[✔] I'm really full of sweat, it's feeling like I'm burning from inside 🥵, I rarely do any physical activity
Day 2 [✔], not easy for beginners like me 😥
Day 3 [✔]my whole body is paining 😅but completing it gives satisfaction at the end
